This fellowship is designed to build a strong and diverse clean energy talent pipeline while providing meaningful, project-based support to Nexamp teams. As a fellow, you will contribute to real-world initiatives that advance solar energy solutions, all while developing practical skills that align with your academic pathway. Participants receive hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and greater career clarity within the solar industry.
