Class of 2021 Valedictorian Celebrates His Journey to Success at Truman College
Nicholas Rin Laures was anxious about enrolling in college because he had dropped out of high school in the past. With a bit of patience and encouragement, he landed well at Truman College.
Nicholas appreciated the many class options and times available at Truman that allowed him to create a personalized path to success.
“The flexibility of when I could go…was my favorite part. I was always there when I wanted to be,” he said.
Nicholas was named the Truman College Class of 2021 valedictorian, an honor he credits to the affordability and flexibility he found at City Colleges of Chicago.
