Erica McCormack is an amazing and passionate professor. She listens to her students’ feedback, keeps them engaged, and helps them identify their strengths. She organizes field trips and encourages them to use the city as an extension of the classroom, exploring exhibits related to the course material on their own.

She sheds light on the traditional push of western art history as the canon for learning in a class like hers and decides to be a part of the solution by incorporating diversity in her lesson plans, while still teaching the standard requirement.”
